The Lucky Penny Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by The Ginger Penny (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible to win.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promotion begins on 09/29/2026 and continues until terminated by Sponsor (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion consists of separate daily entry periods during the Promotion Period. Each daily entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the same calendar day (“Daily Entry Period”).
Sponsor reserves the right to pause, modify, or end the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
During each Daily Entry Period, Sponsor may publish multiple eligible deal posts on The Ginger Penny Facebook Group.
To enter, an eligible participant must, during the applicable Daily Entry Period:
At some point after the close of the Daily Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly choose one eligible deal post from the previous day to be designated as the “Lucky Penny Post.”
If your reaction or comment was made on the Lucky Penny Post during the applicable Daily Entry Period, you will receive one entry into that day’s drawing.
An “eligible deal post” is a deal-related post published by Sponsor on The Ginger Penny Facebook Group during the applicable Daily Entry Period.
The following are not eligible unless Sponsor specifically says otherwise:
Sponsor has sole discretion to determine whether a post is an eligible deal post.
For each Daily Entry Period, after the Lucky Penny Post is selected, Sponsor will compile all eligible entries associated with that selected post.
One potential winner will then be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random wheel spinner, random name selector, or similar random selection method.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the selected Lucky Penny Post.
Each daily winner will receive the prize announced by Sponsor for that drawing.
Prize type and value may vary by day. Prizes may include, by way of example only:
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize will be determined by Sponsor and may be announced in the related winner post, drawing post, or direct communication.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Limit one prize per person per 7 days, unless Sponsor decides otherwise.
Potential winners will be notified by Facebook comment, Facebook Messenger, email, or another reasonable method chosen by Sponsor.
A potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor may require a winner to verify eligibility and provide a valid name, email address, mailing address, or other information needed to deliver the prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, social media handle, comments, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, platform issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

By participating, you understand that you are providing your information to The Ginger Penny and not to Facebook.
Any information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used by Sponsor for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

Any legal actions arising out of this Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal court located in Michigan.
